South Wales: RISCA/CWMCARN: We have 6 hills i know of that are over 25%, 2 over 30%. The problem being theyre quite short 3-10mins work. Wattsville is 1600m long at an average of 24%, that is extremely tough. Your forarms hurt from holding on so tight, lower back is dying. 1 leaf, 1 wet patch 1 slip ur off and ur not getting back on again. We also have 2 in Cwmbran that are 20% plus for 1km.Website:
